Will my photo be saved?

Your uploaded photo is processed in memory and deleted within 24 hours. Generated avatars are stored only in your account — never used for training or shared.

Can I use the avatar commercially?

Yes. Paid avatars can be used on social media, merchandise, livestream overlays, etc. We don't include any team logos or trademarks, so you're safe.

What if I don't like the result?

Free trial first. If you bought a pack and aren't happy with the first 3 results, email us — we'll refund or top up credits.

Why is my country missing?

We support all 32 teams confirmed for World Cup 2026 plus high-probability qualifiers. If yours is missing, email us and we'll add it within 24h.

How long does each generation take?

About 25-35 seconds. We use GPT Image 2 for photorealistic results that preserve your real facial identity.

Do you support batch / team orders?

Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do with FanAvatar. By using the service you agree to these rules. This AUP supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

What FanAvatar is

FanAvatar is a self-portrait stylization tool. You upload a clear selfie of yourself; our AI applies team-themed face paint, a generic athletic jersey, or a stadium background to your portrait and returns the result. The output is a stylized version of your own face.

What FanAvatar is NOT

FanAvatar is not a face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation product. We do not let you place someone else's face on another body, transfer your face onto another person, or generate non-consensual imagery of identifiable individuals.

Strictly prohibited

You agree NOT to:

Upload anyone's photo other than your own. If a friend wants an avatar, they must use their own account and upload their own selfie.
Upload images of minors (under 18, or under 16 in the EU) in any context. FanAvatar is for adults only.
Use the service to impersonate, defame, harass, intimidate, or sexualize any person, including yourself when impersonating another.
Generate NSFW, sexual, or sexually suggestive content of any kind. Our AI is configured to refuse such prompts. Repeated attempts will result in account termination.
Generate violent, gory, hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content, including content that targets people based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or nationality.
Generate content that infringes intellectual property — for example team logos, badges, mascots, copyrighted imagery, or the likeness of public figures other than yourself.
Generate face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation output. FanAvatar is single-subject stylization only and does not offer multi-face or face-replacement features.
Use the output to commit fraud, scams, identity theft, or to mislead viewers (e.g. fake passport photos, fake KYC selfies).
Generate content involving weapons, drugs, or illegal activity.
Attempt to bypass our prompt filters, safety classifiers, or watermarks by jailbreaking, prompt injection, or any other adversarial means.
Resell, redistribute, or scrape our service or generated output for unauthorized commercial use.

Safety controls we operate

To enforce this AUP, every generation request passes through:

Prompt-level moderation. Each generation prompt is screened against payment-processor content policies before any image is generated. Disallowed prompts are rejected with no charge.
Single-subject pipeline. The AI prompt explicitly produces a stylized version of the uploaded subject, not a face transfer to a different body.
No face embedding storage. We do not save facial embeddings, biometric templates, or train any model on your photo.
Image lifecycle. Uploaded selfies are processed in memory and discarded immediately after generation. Generated avatars stay in your private account until you delete them.

Reporting violations

If you become aware of generated content that violates this AUP — whether your own or someone else's — email hello@fanavatar.org with the subject line "AUP report". We respond to reports within 3 business days. Verified violations result in immediate account termination, content deletion, and where appropriate, referral to law-enforcement authorities.

Enforcement

Violation of this AUP is grounds for immediate account suspension or termination, deletion of generated content, refusal of refund, and at our discretion legal action. We cooperate with law-enforcement requests consistent with applicable law.

Changes

We may update this AUP as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced via email and on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
