What we collect

• Email — for account access
• Photos you upload — only to generate your avatar
• Generated avatars — stored privately in your account
• Anonymized analytics — page views and feature usage via Plausible (no cookies)

What we do NOT do

• We never sell your data.
• We never use your photos to train AI models.
• We never share your generated images publicly without your consent.

Retention

Uploaded selfies are processed in memory and discarded immediately after generation. Generated avatars stay in your private account until you delete them.

Payments

Payments are processed by Creem.io as Merchant of Record. We never store your card details. See Creem privacy policy.

Third parties

• Supabase — auth + database (EU/US regions)
• DataEyes / fal.ai — AI image generation (no training, no retention)
• Cloudflare — hosting and CDN
• Plausible — privacy-friendly analytics, no cookies
• Resend — transactional email

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and all data at any time by emailing hello@fanavatar.org. We respond within 7 days.

Children

Our service is for users 13+ (16+ in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children below this age.
