Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload photos that aren't yours, or that you don't have permission to use.
• Generate content of minors in inappropriate contexts.
• Use our service to harass, defame, or impersonate anyone.
• Attempt to bypass watermarks, paywall, or rate limits.

Ownership

You own the avatars you generate from photos that you legally have rights to. You may use generated avatars for personal AND commercial purposes, including merchandise, social media, livestream overlays, etc.

FanAvatar retains the right to use generated avatars (anonymized) for marketing samples unless you explicitly opt out via email.

Not affiliated with FIFA

FanAvatar is not affiliated with FIFA, any national football federation, or any team. Generated avatars do not include team logos, badges, or trademarked elements. "World Cup" references are nominative use only.

Refunds

7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Email us at hello@fanavatar.org for refund requests. If your first generation fails for technical reasons, we'll automatically refund or top-up credits.

Service availability

We aim for >99% uptime but provide no guarantee. AI generation may occasionally fail. Failed generations do not consume credits.

Liability

Service is provided "as is". Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 30 days.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email and on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
